I'm a dedicated Pastor's Wife, with three WONDERFUL adult children and two beautiful Grandsons! Right now, my Husband & I are living in a Detroit suburb and enjoying our new home! We wanted to move to SC, but alas...we still find ourselves in Michigan! We desperately needed to move from our large 2-story Colonial because it was just too much to handle! I could no longer go up & down stairs like I once did... So, after nearly 40 years in our "family home," we MOVED! Everything now is on ONE FLOOR & I am able to manage some housekeeping again! There's a large pond just in back of our living room patio & I LOVE THE WATER...not to mention the Mallard Ducks, Sea Gulls, Herron, Loon, & Canadian Geese! Water is so calming & peaceful! I know I shouldn't, but I get a kick out of feeding the Ducks & Geese each morning. My Grandsons & my Husband enjoy watching "Mamaw" feed the Ducks & Geese too! After 37 years in the medical field, I am retired ~ not because I want to be, but illness and chronic pain prevent me from working. The doctor's say...I'm suffering from degenerative bone/disc disease, which has devastated my spine and most of my Skeletal system, complicated by Myasthenia Gravis. Most days, I can barely move.
